OUR HOG ROAST PROCESS

Our hog roast starts with our own premium, free-range Saddleback pigs, which we slow-cook for at least 10–12 hours, ensuring tender, fall-off-the-bone meat with perfectly crispy crackling. We offer a unique roast made with love and care, from farm to table. We also prepare homemade stuffing and other delicious accompaniments to complement the feast. Our team handles all the cooking and serving, providing everything needed, from plates to utensils, ensuring your event runs smoothly. Whether it’s a corporate event, wedding, funeral, trade day, or barbecue, we guarantee the freshest, most flavourful hog roast experience. The average pig weighs 70kg, happily feeding roughly 100 people.
