Tracy Mackness is an Essex bad girl turned good. She is now the owner of the successful "farm to fork" Giggly Pig Company, with it's distinctive pink and black vans, and its slogan "No fat or crap in our sausages!"
She is passionate about pigs, farming, and the challenges or running a small business. She has also written a book about her past called Jail Bird: The Life and Crimes of an Essex Bad Girl Which can be bought from Amazon.

OUR PIGS
We take great care of all of our pigs. They are raised from birth at our own Piggery in Essex which means they're given the upmost care whilst reaching adulthood.
We believe in giving the pigs the best possible lives they could have and we do this in various ways. Initally they are kept with their mothers until they are 3/4 weeks old to give them the post possible start they can. But they are also kept in nice, warm paddocks and fed very high quality food to ensure they remain happy while they're with us.
